Ultimate Atoley Membership F.A.Q

  • Is there a fee to start the membership?

    While there is not a 'fee' to be enrolled into the our membership program, you will be charged for your first month, at the start of your membership, using the card you add to your file.

  • How long is the term of the memberhip?

    There is an initial 6 month commitment to begin your membership. There will be a $150 cancellation fee to cancel the membership prior to the 6 month term.

  • When will my credit card be charged each month?

    Your Atoley Membership will be billed the day you sign up for your membership this allows you the entire month to use your credit. Each month after your card will be charged the same day as your sign up date!

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    After the 6 month term you may cancel the program at any time with 30 days' written notice. If you cancel prior to your month term there is an early termination of $150.00.

  • Can my family or friends use my membership perks?

    Your Atoley Spa Membership is non-transferable. We encourage you to use your membership to try other services offered in the membership, as well.

  • Can I save my my monthly credits & use them together?

    Unfortunately, your credits will not rollover into the next month. We structured our membership to allow you to get services that are suggested to be done 4-6 weeks apart. The goal of our membership is to allow our guests to experience different spa services or stick with their favorites for a beauty maintenance plan, while also taking advantage of the other benefits and perks of the membership.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my scheduled appointment?

    Atoley has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance by giving us a call at 605-360-5335. If less than 24 hours notice is given we will apply your membership credit to your cancelled service.
