    We understand that life happens and schedules shift. To respect our team’s time and guests on our waiting list, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment changes or cancellations.

    Yes! When booking online, you can select your preferred service provider. If you’re unsure who to book with, feel free to call us—we’re happy to help match you with the right stylist for your needs.

  • Do I need to book in advance?

    We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, service provider, and day. Our stylists’ schedules often fill quickly—especially during evenings and weekends.

  • Do I need to confirm my appointment?

    You’ll receive a confirmation via text or email prior to your appointment. We ask that you confirm your appointment to help us better prepare for your visit.

  • What if I’m running late?

    Please call or text us right away. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may incur a 50% service fee.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, we can’t guarantee availability. Booking ahead is the best way to ensure your preferred time and stylist.
